REFUND POLICY:
Because we sell food products, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are provided. If product is damaged in shipment beyond usability, a refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of evidence of such damage.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
We will make every attempt to ship your items within two (2) business days of purchase and payment. We will ship your order using the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. This may be US Postal Service or FedEx. We do not use UPS.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:
We will charge actual freight costs plus a nominal handling fee to cover packaging and labor costs involved in preparing your order for shipment. During warm weather months where temperatures are 75 degrees or warmer, we will automatically ship your order with heat protection, consisting of insulated shipping cartons and cold packs. There will be a fee of $7.50 to $12.50 per shipping carton to cover the costs of the heat protection.
